Roadside Assemblage

I find it difficult to walk past discarded objects. Many of the materials I work with are plastic, carrying the traces of the resources, energy and labour that went into making them before being abandoned or lost in laybys, verges and hedgerows. Through acts of cleaning, repair and reassembly, I extend their lives and reconsider what we choose to value, transforming overlooked waste into conversations about care, consumption and the traces people leave in the landscape.
